An AI assistant built on SynEnergy's own frameworks, giving delegates a natural, coaching-style conversation partner whenever they need it.
SynEnergy has years of proprietary IP that currently lives inside formal programmes. This proposal is about making that accessible at a much larger scale.
SynEnergy's frameworks are proven and practical. Right now they're mostly confined to formal programme delivery.
A conversational AI lets people engage with SynEnergy's material on their own terms and apply it to real leadership challenges as they arise.
The assistant can be offered as a public subscription product, reaching people who aren't in a formal programme but want to engage with the material.
For existing delegates, it's a companion layer: revisit frameworks, reinforce the learning, and apply tools between sessions.
The solution is built across four layers, from how we handle the content to how the assistant shows up in conversation.
We take SynEnergy's material, structure it, and build it into a knowledge base the AI can draw on accurately.
The engine that powers natural conversation, pulls relevant content, and keeps every response tied to SynEnergy's own material.
The assistant is designed to reflect SynEnergy's ethos: it supports reflection and exploration rather than handing out prescriptive answers.
Clear guardrails keep the assistant in its lane: leadership development and reflection, not therapy.
Here's what a conversation with the AI Leadership Companion actually looks like.
Simulation only: this conversation is pre-scripted for demonstration purposes and is not a live AI response.
Seven deliverables make up the POC.
We consider the POC successful when all five outcomes are demonstrated. They'll also shape what Phase 2 looks like.
Responses draw on SynEnergy's actual frameworks and programme material, not generic AI output.
Responses are clear and relevant enough to genuinely support leadership reflection and practical application.
The conversational format does something a static document can't: it helps people actually engage with the material.
The assistant holds its coaching tone and stays within its boundaries across all kinds of conversations.
The interaction model shows clear potential to become a subscription product.
If the POC proves successful, the assistant could be expanded in two future phases.
Public user registration and access management.
Subscription licensing for broader public access.
Expanded knowledge base across multiple leadership modules.
Deeper integration with SynEnergy programme delivery.
Analytics on user engagement and learning patterns.
Ongoing AI optimization and support.
Continuous improvement of response quality.
Five phases, from raw content to a live, testable companion.
Collect, review, and structure SynEnergy's material for AI retrieval.
Build the knowledge base, configure the AI, and set initial behaviour parameters.
Build a clean chat interface and connect it to the AI layer.
Test with SynEnergy stakeholders, then tune prompts and responses.
Deploy to a live environment for stakeholder demonstration and sign-off.
Validate the concept before committing to a full build.
Ingestion, structuring, and indexing of SynEnergy's programme material.
Knowledge base creation, assistant configuration, and guardrail setup.
Simple, functional web-based chat UI with basic authentication for pilot access.
Multiple rounds of structured testing, prompt tuning, and quality improvement.
Deployment to a live environment for stakeholder review and sign-off.
The POC runs inside a managed evaluation environment with clear ownership, scope, and completion boundaries.
The assistant will operate within a FlowIQ-managed environment for testing and evaluation for up to 60 days following deployment.
Access is limited to a small pilot group of approximately 5 to 10 users, with reasonable evaluation usage and no production-grade uptime or scaling commitments.
All programme materials, frameworks, and supplied content remain the intellectual property of SynEnergy and are used only for this Proof of Concept.
The software architecture, AI configuration methods, and supporting platform components developed during the POC remain the intellectual property of FlowIQ.
The POC is complete once the described functionality has been delivered and demonstrated in the testing environment. Any enhancements beyond this scope are handled as a later phase or separate agreement.
